Who is the artist?

Tracy Porter is the artist, and co-founder and creative director of Porter Art Guild.  She creates all of the original art for Porter Art Guild.  You can read a bit more here.

Are your prints Giclee prints?

Yes, they are. Printed with UV-stable, 100-year fade-resistant ink on archival-grade paper or canvas (pH neutral and acid-free), with gallery-wrapped canvases stretched over solid wood stretcher bars.

Does Tracy paint everything and are there originals available?

The originals are digital.  As an accomplished artist and designer, for the works on Porter Art Guild, Tracy Porter utilizes a variety of tools, including traditional craft (painting, photography, drawing, etc..) and techno-craft (Canva®, AI, Photoshop®, Illustrator®, and more…), to create beautiful original digital works of art.

Are the dimensions listed on the products in inches or centimeters?

Inches.

I don't see the size I want. Do you print custom sizes?

Yes, we do. The largest paper print is 43" x 110". The largest canvas print is 52" x 300". The largest gallery-wrapped canvas to ship via UPS/Fedex is 45" x 60", and up to 52" x 110" shipped via freight. Please email us at concierge@porterartguild.com for a quote.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.  Please take a moment to read our return/refund policy here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to produce and ship your work of art.  From there it can take another 2-7 days to arrive at your door.  For international orders, please add 5-10 more business days.

How much is shipping?

Orders > $85 ship free in the US.  For orders under $85, shipping in the US costs
