Shipping policy

Standard shipping in the USA is free for orders greater than $85, otherwise shipping is $6.95. If you require expedited shipping, please email us.  To clarify, expedited shipping only applies to how your order is shipped after the time it takes to create your work(s).

Shipping charges for international destinations are exclusively for the cost of shipping your order and specifically does not include any other charges including, but not limited to, any and all import duties, taxes, tariffs fees or additional shipping fees that may be applied by customs or delivery services in your country.

All products ordered from Porter Art Guild are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer(s).  Production times vary anywhere from 3-12 business days and delivery times can range from 1-7 business days (6-17 business days for international orders), depending on to where your work of art is shipped.

It is important to report any damage immediately to concierge@porterartguild.com.  If you order is damaged in any way, you must take pictures detailing the damage and retain all packaging materials in case the shipping wishes to inspect the damage. 

All lost or damaged goods will be replaced.
